She has also been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Louis Dreyfus Company Holdings B.V. since 2011 and was appointed Chairperson of this company on 2015. Prior to this, Margarita Louis-Dreyfus has held a number of positions in accounting, sales and marketing.

Margarita Louis-Dreyfus graduated with a Diploma in Accounting from the St. Petersburg School of Commerce. Margarita Louis-Dreyfus was married to Robert Louis-Dreyfus from 1992 until he passed away in 2009. She is the mother of 5 children. Margarita Louis-Dreyfus lives in Switzerland.
