Technology-based Entrepreneurship: From the Idea to the Startup II

Course contents
In the second semester, the focus is on creating a concrete start-up concept from the developed start-up idea. Students learn various methods of traditional project management (e.g. work breakdown structure) and tools of agile project management (e.g. Scrum).
In addition, students should determine which competencies and skills are necessary for the implementation of their start-up idea. Guided by the lecturers, they learn how to acquire these skills by analyzing the curriculum of the degree program, identifying suitable courses and planning the implementation of these in the project.
As in the previous semester, the plan developed in this way and the progress of the project are documented on a suitable digital platform.
