Course contents
  • Conception and preparation of a biotechnological process following the steps
    below:
    - Select a product
    - Select a strain appropriate for production
    - Optimize the strain
    - Develop specific production cells using methods of genetic engineering
    - Plan steps necessary for further processing
    and/or
    Conception and preparation of a process of food technology following the
    steps below:
    - Select a product
    - Select an appropriate raw material and process
    - Select appropriate unit operations
    - Implement the process in the laboratory
    - Optimize the process on the basis of results obtained in the laboratory
